ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cardiotonic Pill and Monopril in treating congestive heart failure disease. Methods Seventy-eight patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment (Monopril), and the treated group were given Cardiotonic Pill besides routine treatment. The symptoms, physical signs and the parameter and classify of cardiac function were evaluated in all patients. Results The symptoms and physical signs after treatment were better than before.
