ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of Potentilla Discolour Bunge (PDB) on the NOS expression of the vascular endothelial cells (VEC) of DM rats. Methods The DM rat model was established by alloxan injected, and then the rats were treated with herb of PDB for 4 weeks continuously.
