ABSTRACT

AIM:To observe the influence of Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule(Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae alba,Herba Schizonepetae,etc.) on the primary trigeminal neuralgia of the model rat.METHODS:Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule was taken to treat the primary trigeminal neuralgia and the pain after chronic constriction injury,and then compared with the control contrast group and the Carbamazepine group.RESULTS:Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule could raise the content of substance P and 5-HT in the rats' brain of the primary trigeminal neuralgia.But for the rat's model after chronic constriction injury,Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule could make the pain threshold risen(P
