ABSTRACT
Objective:
To investigate the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in human ovarian cancer and their clinicopathological significance. Methods:
Immunohisto chemical S-P method was performed to detect the expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9,CD147 in 40 malignant and 9 benign ovarian tumors.Result:
The expression rates of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in ovarian cancer were 92.5%,100%,100% and 95%,respectively.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9 and CD147 in ovarian cancer were related with clinical stage and pathological garade(P0.05).There were positive correlations between the expressions of CD147 and MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9(r=0.802,0.786,0.914)in ovarian cancer. Conclusion:
Expressions of CD147,MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-9 have relevance to clinical stages and pathological grades in ovarian cancer, and overexpression of CD147 may induce the secretion of MMP-2,MMP-3,MMP-9.
