ABSTRACT
Objective:
To observe the effects of Lipo PGE1 in Treatment of Diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:
60 patients with clinical albuminuria were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group,receiving regular treatment.In addition,the cases of treatment group received treatment of PGE1 10?g daily for two weeks.The index of Scr and UAER were observed before and after treatment.Results:
The Scr and UAER in treatment group were more decreased than those in control group.Conclusion:
Lipo PGE1 is effective in treating Diabetic nephropathy.
