ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the changes of cell cycles in white lesion of the vulvar after focused ultrasound treatment.Methods:30 patients were treated with focused ultrasound therapy from 2005 to 2007.Cyclin D1 and Cyclin Dependent Kinase(CDK4)were examined by strepavidin peroxidase immunohistochemistry.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS.Results:The positive cell staining intensity of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 were significantly higher in white lesion of the vulvar than those of normal vulvar skin(P
