ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the individual serum tauro-conjugated bile acid concentration in patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy(ICP) by high performance liquid chromatography-tendem mass spectro-metry(HPLC-MS/MS).Methods:Bile acids were extracted from serum samples of ICP,ICP with Diabetes Mellitus,ICP with Virus Hepatitis patients and normal pregnant women.Serum tauro-conjugated bile acids were measured by HPLC-MS/MS.Results:The serum levels of taurocholic acid(TCA),taurochenode-oxycholic acid(TCDCA) and taurodeoxycholic acid(TDCA) in the three groups of ICP,ICP with Diabetes Mellitus,and ICP with Virus Hepatitis were significantly higher than those of the control group(P
