Development of women science and technology talents of Peking University Health Science Center supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China / 中华医学科研管理杂志

ABSTRACT

Recently the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has put forward some measures to promote the development of women science and technology (S&T) talents.The paper analyzes the NSFC funded projects undertaken by women S&T researchers at Pekiing University Health Science Center from 2006 to 2010.To address the problems revealed in the analysis,the paper proposes the suggestions to further develop women S&T talents with the support of National Science Foundation of China.
