ABSTRACT

By analyzing the assessment of the recruit military doctors graduating from civil medical schools for their training pattern,some advantages and disadvantages about the current training pattern are discussed.According to the result,some suggestions were given to the training content,curriculum setting,curriculum duration and so on.
