ABSTRACT

This paper mainly talks about university student management legalization from the following aspects the significances of the university student management legalization,the requirements to carry it out and the necessary preparation for it.The author believes that when studing this problem we should put university into the entire social system and must regard the university students as a part of the entire social group.And we should also use legal methods and legal ways to manage the university students in the new century.
