ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized resident training reform in our school,and to offer scientific evidence for functional department of hospital in progress of practice and management. Method Quantitative analysis with ideological and moral quality,time and attendance,the quality of medical records etc. from 2003 to 2005. Result Marks of the quality of medical records,clinical skills,clinical case history analysis skills,clinical theory etc. have statistical significance. Conclusion Residents have made great progress in several respects such as clinical skills and comprehensive qualities.
