Study on the situation of patients have symptoms in E. N. T at Dak Lak hospital from 2000-2004. There were 63455 patients examined E.N.T., among which 3098 patients were admitted in 5 years. Ethnic groups Kinh people 92%, ethnic minority 8%. Sex male 58%, female 42%. Aged 60 (3%). Occupation the common people (41%), pupil (39%), civil servant (15.2%), < 5 year old (3%). Residence Buon Ma Thuot 41.31%, suburba 58.69%. The operation rate of disease group in E.N.T nasal-sinus 23.96%; throat 54.64%, larynx- oesophagus 11.86%... The rate of disease group in E.N.T nasal-sinus 46.71%; throat 33.95%, larynx- oesophagus 4.58%. The rate of hospitalized/examined patients was 4.88%. The rate of patients who had health insurance accounted for 47.12%.
