ABSTRACT
Objective To study the effect of urokinase and methylprednisolone combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with IgA nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group were treated with methylprednisolone, the experimental group were treated with urokinase combined with methylprednisolone and psychological intervention. Pay attention to the psychological state of the, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence and compliance of the patients in the treatment. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results 3 patients in the experimental group were ineffective, and 27 patients were effective. In the control group, 18 patients were ineffective and 24 patients were effective. The effective rate in the experimental group was 94%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (64%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of 24h proteinuria in the experimental group was (0.541±0.322) g / L, significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of urokinase combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of patients with IgA nephropathy is ideal, which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, has clinical significance.
