ABSTRACT

By studying the four elements such as the topic selection of dissertations of the clinical medical postgraduates, forms, specifications and levels and the quality management status in three stages such as input, process and output, this article analyses the way of dissertation quality management of post-graduates of clinical medicine in two aspects of management institutions and personnel.
