ABSTRACT

There are some issues with the payment mechanism in the hospital at present.For instant, lacking of the government subsidy,collecting money depending on drug and the price is unreasonable.All of these issues restrict the development of health care system,and influence the health care delivery and the cost control.The article suggests the following working must be well doneto strengthen the regionol plan- ning in order to prefer the rural area;defining the accountability.of the government for health care;dividing treatment and selling drug into two groups;reforming the price of health care service.
