ABSTRACT

AIM To observe the effect of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis(PSP) on lung injured by exposing ozone. METHODS The injury model of lung were induced by exposing ozone. The xanthine oxidase method and TBA were used to determine SOD and MDA in serum and lung respectively. The transmission electron microscope was used to observe the structural change of lung cell.
