ABSTRACT
Objective:
To determine the content of 14 deoxy 11,12 didehydroandrographolide in XIAOYANG LIDAN TABLETS by TLC Scanning.Methods:
14 deoxy 11,12 didehydroandrographolide was determined by dual wavelength TLC Scanning.Results:
The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.982～4.910?g of 14 deoxy 11,12 didehydroandrographolide. The average recovery and RSD were 99.4% and 2.14% ( n =5), respectively.Conclusion:
The method is simple, accurate and reproducable.
