ABSTRACT
After Achilles tendon (AT) rupture operation, traditional gypsum immobilization must lead to AT in a condition of a tension-free or even "disuse"-negative balance healing system, which may inhibit the key opportunity of AT healing process to induce "active" mechanical signals stimulation, and AT "passively or intermittently" accepts the mechanical stimulation even applying the ultrasound, vibration and other mechanical stimulation to AT in the course of treatment. If using the method of active movement after operation,it can accelerate the AT healing, maintain function and promote re-construction of the AT,thereby help to restore the biomechanical properties of AT. Using proteomics techniques can reveal the mechanical signal transduction mechanisms of kinesiatrics promoting the AT healing in the high-throughput molecular level.
