ABSTRACT
By analyzing the reasons and some potential problems especially like blocked management mechanism,distracted ideological recognition,imperfect quality standard and misplaced safeguard measures,this article practically brings out the viewpoint of multi-school constructed clinical medicine,which includes optimizing the management system by establishing a four-level management system for clinical teachinguniversity-clinical school-affiliated hospital-clinical teaching and research section;reaching consensus of running a university by integrating the concept of complementary advantage,resource sharing,health care and teaching coordination and mutual development;arriving at the goal of improving teaching quality by unifying teaching standards,strengthening the process management and reinforcing the teaching guarantee system.
