ABSTRACT

By elaborating the concept and connotation of nurse professionalism, this paper introduced the do-mestic and foreign nurse professionalism assessment tools, and analyzed the existing research to obtain related fac-tors that influenced nurse professionalism professional identity, organizational culture, interpersonal relationship in nursing work, turnover intention, nursing education, and paying attention to the cultivation of nurse professionalism and creating health care occupation environment, to provide the reference for improving the nurse professionalism and developing the theory of China nurse professionalism, thus to make clinical nurses receive more opportunities to improve their professionalism and professional practiceability.
