Research practice enhances personnel professionalism and competency in Shanghai Malu community health service center / 中华全科医师杂志

ABSTRACT

The technical development and health system reform require high professionalism and competency for medical workers.At present the cultivation of medical professionalism is mainly limited in campus education only for medical and nursing students,and little is involved in clinical practice for health personnel.This paper introduces that the personnel professionalism and competency had been enhanced through scientific research practice in Shanghai Malu Community Health Service Center,the experiences would provide reference for other community health service institutions.
