ABSTRACT

Jishou University promotes the education reform for postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine with the guidance of "Serving the Local Demand for Professional and Improving the Training Quality of Professional"moral education first,strengthening the thought of serving people wholeheartedly and developing good style of study;focusing on the development of clinical skills and clinical research competency;scientifically setting up curriculums and actively carrying out teaching innovation on the basis of the plan;attaching importance to supervision by innovating guidance mode and perfecting quality supervision mechanism.It has achieved remarkable results and laid a solid foundation for the postgraduate education to achieve the "connotative development of meeting the service demand and improving the teaching quality".
