Application effect of interactive standard-reaching method in postoperative rehabilitation of arterioscle-rosis obliterans of lower extremity / 心血管康复医学杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study application effect of interactive standard-reaching (ISR) method in rehabilitation after intervention in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity (ASOLE ).Methods: A total of 168 ASOLE patients undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital from Nov 2015 to Oct 2017 were selected ,ran-domly and equally divided into ISR group (received routine intervention combined ISR intervention ) and routine group (received routine intervention ).Quality of life (QOL) score and ankle-brachial index (ABI) before interven-tion ,three ,six and 12 months after discharge ; compliant behavior and incidence of vascular re-occlusion and steno-sis on three ,six and 12 months after discharge were observed and compared between two groups .Results:Compared with before operation ,there were significant rise in QOL score [ (9-22 ± 1-26) scores vs .(14-98 ± 1-76) scores , (13-65 ± 1-68) scores ,(13-60 ± 1-59) scores] and ABI [ (0-64 ± 0-12) vs.(0-84 ± 0-19) ,(0-80 ± 0-17) ,(0-77 ± 0-15)] in ISR group on three ,six and 12 months after operation , P＝0-001 all ; there were significant reductions in QOL score [ (9-24 ± 1-30) scores vs .(8-17 ± 1-19) scores] and ABI [ (0-63 ± 0-10) vs .(0-56 ± 0-07)] in rou-tine group on 12 months after operation , P＝0-001 both .Compared with routine group on three ,six and 12 months after discharge ,there was significant rise in percentage of compliant behavior (73-81% vs.95-24%,52-38% vs. 85-71%,38-10% vs.78-57%) in ISR group , P＝0-001 all.Compared with routine group on six and 12 months af- ter discharge , there was significant reduction in percentage of vascular re-occlusion and stenosis (33-33% vs. 14-29%,45-24% vs.23-81%) in ISR group , P＜0-01 both .Conclusion:ISR method can significantly rise QOL score ,ABI and percentage of compliant behavior ,reduce percentage of vascular re-occlusion and stenosis in postop-erative rehabilitation of ASOLE .
