ABSTRACT

Nurses′ occupational stress has got more and more attention in recent years. This article summarizes the status of occupational stress in nursing staff, and its impact on the physical, mental health, and individual behavior of the nurse. Also it reviews the main factors influencing the nurses′ occupational stress. Then, from the analysis of demographic characteristics, coping strategies and other psychological factors, and positive psychology, it discuss the key points of intervention methods of nurses′ occupational stress, so as to provide suggestions to the intervention work of occupational stress in nursing staff.
