ABSTRACT

In recent years, immunotherapy has been highly effective in the treatment of various malignant tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, showing a good development prospect. At present, immunothe-rapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma mainly includes tumor vaccine treatment, adoptive immune cell therapy and immunological checkpoint inhibitor treatment. It is of great significance to explore the application and mechanism of immunotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
