At present, the treatment strategies for PJI include suppressive antibiotic therapy, debridement antibiotics irrigation of the retained, prosthesis, one-stage revision, two-stage revision, arthrodesis, amputation, and biotherapy, etc. Conventional treatment can not achieve satisfactory results. As a new treatment mode, biotherapy has unique advantages in PJI treatment.
