Personalized medicine policy for patients with hepatic insufficiency in intensive care units / 中国药学杂志

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To provide information for clinical pharmacists who participate in personalized pharmacotherapy for patients with liver dysfunction in intensive care units (ICU) and perform individualized medication monitoring. METHODS: Literatures and instructions for medicines used commonly in ICU and medicines harmful to liver were searched and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists should focus on personalized medicine therapy for special patients in ICU and provide personalized medicine services.
