ABSTRACT
The pathogenic mechanism of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) has always been the focus of tuberculosis research. The pathogenicity of MTB, especially latent infection, is closely related to its ability to escape immune killing. Macrophage is one of the important immune cells in the human body, but the escaping mechanism of MTB toward macrophage killing is still unclear. Frontier studies have found that MTB has effects on macrophage-related receptors, phagolysosomes, oxidative stress, apoptosis, autophagy and pyrolysis, thus escaping the killing effects of macrophages. This article reviewed these influences in order to provide more reference for follow-up researchers.
