Regional ileitis (crohns disease): case report

ABSTRACT

1. A brief review of the literature of regional ileitis, together with some reports on the subject, is presented2. The first case report of regional ileitis in our country is given3. A theory that this disease is allied to lymphogranuloma inguinale is advanced by the senior author4. It is hoped that this report will stimulate our colleagues to consider this clinical entity when dealing with tumors of the lower abdomen.(Conclusions)
