ABSTRACT
The Mazzini test seems to have a higher degree of sensitivity than that of the Khan testThe degree of specificity cannot be properly ascertained as yetThe test is easily and quickly made, and it requires a minimum of equipment, material, personnel, and timeIt may be useful as a screen or elimination test when great numbers of specimens to be tested. (Army, Schools, V.D., surveys, Factories, etc.). The small number of tests that have been amde so far and the lack of clinical data on the cases found in disagreement, do not permit us to reach a definite conclusion as to the reliability of the Mazzini test.
