The rapid development of e-commerce industry has put forward higher requirements on the speed, safety, reliability and low price of logistics services, and China Railway Highspeed Express (CRHE) has ushered in a broad market prospect because it meets these requirements very well. Firstly, according to the SWOT analysis of CRHE in Guangxi, propose that its strengths are transportation network, speed, safety and stability and cost effectiveness, weaknesses are informatization and operation process, opportunities are national and local policies, threats are competition in the industry and COVID-19. After that, make an attempt of making four strategic combinations, and make a strategic decision of strengths-opportunities combination through comparison. Finally propose many measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy: seizing the external opportunities by following up the polities and giving full play to the strengths by increasing investment in capital and technology, adjusting the management mode, determining annual production target reasonably and cooperating with other express enterprises. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The COVID-19 that has continued since the end of 2019 has made the use of online teaching an important and feasible way to relieve the pressure of offline school hours during the epidemic, avoid the large-scale spread of the epidemic, and ensure that the annual teaching plan is completed on time. The online teaching caused by the epidemic is different from the normal online teaching application in terms of reasons, expected purpose, and organization methods. Based on the comparative analysis of the existing main online teaching organization forms, the online teaching organization forms in special periods are discussed from the aspects of curriculum content design and teaching methods. We have proposed an all-on-line hybrid teaching model of online self-study and online live broadcast interaction. Teaching practice shows that it has promotion value for teaching organization and implementation under special circumstances of teacher-student space isolation, and has reference significance for the application of online teaching in daily teaching reform. © 2021 ACM.

Due to line-of-sight communication links and distributed deployment, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have attracted substantial interest in agile Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) service provision. In this paper, by clustering multiple users into independent communities based on their geographic locations, we design a 5G-enabled UAV-to-community offloading system. A system throughput maximization problem is formulated, subjected to the transmission rate, atomicity of tasks and speed of UAVs. By relaxing the transmission rate constraint, the mixed integer non-linear program is transformed into two subproblems. We first develop an average throughput maximization-based auction algorithm to determine the trajectory of UAVs, where a community-based latency approximation algorithm is developed to regulate the designed auction bidding. Then, a dynamic task admission algorithm is proposed to solve the task scheduling subproblem within one community. Performance analyses demonstrate that our designed auction bidding can guarantee user truthfulness, and can be fulfilled in polynomial time. Extensive simulations based on real-world data in health monitoring and online YouTube video services show that our proposed algorithm is able to maximize the system throughput while guaranteeing the fraction of served users.
