ABSTRACT
This research document evidences the design and implementation of an entry control system with body temperature taking and disinfection with information registration and cloud storage for the Health Center - San Andres, the work is oriented to control the entry to the health center for both medical staff who meet their workday and users who receive medical care, as this becomes a bridge of contagion when having physical contact between patient and doctor, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
ABSTRACT
The pandemic caused by COVID 19 has generated crowds of people, this becomes a critical point that leads to a safe contagion. And it is for this reason that the idea of a virtual tour was born so that people can get to know the physical facilities of a Higher Education Institution (HEI) through a virtual environment. Universidad Tecnologica Israel (UISRAEL), does not have a digital space where its different areas can be appreciated by means of a 3D virtual tour. In this sense, this work presents the development of a 3D model, offering the user a digital interaction of the physical space from his home on his computer. The main benefit is that the user can get to know the facilities in an almost real way, generating a sense of orientation. This work has given way to a future virtual community at UISRAEL, making it possible to diversify and face the new challenges that virtualization brings with it. It will not only be a new means of information and communication, but also a space for interaction, entertainment and learning. All this leaves the basis for an application that in the future could develop more functionalities and be used in other research projects.

ABSTRACT
In the Ecuadorian context the appearance and development of e-commerce is recent, it suffered an accelerated growth during the epoch of confinement imposed by the government caused by Covid-19, unfortunately the Internal Revenue Service SRI, entity in charge of collecting taxes in Ecuador, did not develop on time its platforms nor did it issues regulations aimed to e-commerce, bringing out a lack of specific regulations for the control of electronic purchase and sale transactions. Therefore, this has caused a fiscal lost that affects the country. In this sense, the following work proposes to highlight a review of the data available and pertinent to the case, summarize them and present them in a clear and concise way so they can serve as a reference source for future research works. © 2021 AISTI.
ABSTRACT
This article details the development of an augmented reality system to support the teaching-learning process, focused on the area of automotive mechatronics for gasoline vehicles. The application facilitates the user the interaction with the parts of the internal combustion engine in order to locate them in the assembly and disassembly process;in addition, the user can visualize the simulation of the thermodynamic cycle of the engine in improvements of the learning process. The geometric model of the elements of the Otto cycle internal combustion engine is made in CAD software, the development of the application and incorporation of the models and animations is done in Unity 3D. The execution of the Augmented Reality application during the pandemic originated by COVID-19 was essential to give continuity to the professional training process in the Automotive Mechatronics career, since the development of the teaching process was carried out solely online. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
