ABSTRACT
The article listed some epidemiology key concepts involved in the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 I COVID-19 11 as well as some examples of epidemiological terminology understanding deviation in reports, news conferences and interviews from the authorities and social media in the period from 21' January 2020 to 14" February. The errors were corrected in the examples and the concept of terminologies were illustrated. The basic epidemiological concepts and the importance of public health should be introduced to the public by the health authorities.
