In this research paper, the authors are looking for an effective solution for human resource managers in the form of strategic human resource management to manage the crisis at the organizational level. The emotional intelligence of the human resource managers will also play an important role in managing the employees. The strategic human resource management system can provide a sustainable competitive advantage to the employees, and it can further help them in improving their competencies and capabilities.
