ABSTRACT
Concerns persist regarding possible false-negative results that may compromise COVID-19 containment. Although obtaining a true false-negative rate is infeasible, using real-life observations, the data suggest a possible false-negative rate of Ë2.3%. Use of a sensitive, amplified RNA platform should reassure healthcare systems.
