In this situation, the Public Education Department of Mexico, in coordination with state educational authorities, made the decision to begin the 2020-2021 school year in distance mode, with support mainly from television, radio, workbooks and use of TIC's. The main objective of this study was to know some aspects of the quality of life of teachers of basic education at Secondary Level, so as to generate strategies that support the achievement of excellence in the teaching and learning process. The study was carried out in secondary schools in the southern region of Sonora, north of Mexico, where the schools Tecnica No. 55 and Tecnica No. 5, located in Navojoa, in the municipality of the same name, and Tecnica No. 38, located in Basconcobe, in the municipality of Etchojoa, took part. Ten teachers of both sexes, predominantly female, were randomly selected as participants. As the main result, it stands out that the quality of life of the teachers is positive and they have a favorable work environment in relation to the satisfaction obtained with their work and colleagues;95% of the teachers indicated that they work in a harmonious and pleasant, maintaining a good relationship between them.
