b A review of patients enrolled in the multidisciplinary Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Post-COVID Recovery program was performed. However, there is limited research on identifying pertinent social determinants of health and how the healthcare system can effectively address them. A total of 161 patients are currently enrolled in the program with 144 providing responses to REDCap survey questions pertaining to their social determinants of health.
