ABSTRACT
COVID-19 has left a lasting impression on society. Offices, shops, and other public places, new restrictions have been imposed on the number of users authorized in a given room. It is necessary to maintain social distance as well as complete temperature checks at mall and office entrances. Recent advances in electronics have enabled the development of new monitoring systems with low cost that benefits consumers. Sensors in medical equipment translate many types of vital indications from the human body into electrical impulses. With the help of contactless sensors, we are trying to reduce the spread of COVID-19 to lead a healthier life. This paper shows how to use an Atmega controller to remotely monitor human body temperature (HBT). An Atmega controller, an IR Sensor (S1), and an MLX-90614 (S2) contactless temperature sensor module makes up the proposed system. An LCD is used to display the result of the sensor which gives temperature of the individual. Sanitizer is sprayed after the solenoid contact is energized. © 2021 IEEE.
