ABSTRACT
The teleworking caused by home confinement, improvised and casual in nature, from a point of view of health and safety prevention, has drawn attention to the importance and magnitude of the negative effects of this way of working on teleworkers' physical and mental health. Thus, a study on the general configuration of occupational risk prevention in teleworking, its main threats, effects and the main preventive measures to be implemented, becomes more imperative than ever. At the same time, an analysis of the preventive model adopted during the first months of the pandemic will be undertaken, as well as an analysis of the new regulations in terms of preventive matters framed in the Law 10/2021, 9th July. © 2021 Wolters Kluwer (UK) Ltd..
