Objective:
The study aims to analyze the issue of whether the application of vaccines developed in the COVID-19 pandemic can be legally enforced in terms of both international law and domestic law. Materials andMethods:
Within the scope of the study, the jurisprudence of both the European Court of Human Rights and the Turkish Constitutional Court, which shows whether vaccinations can be made compulsory in general and the legal conditions of this, has been scanned. Legal normative analysis was made with the obtained data and then it was applied to COVID-19 vaccines by using the analogy method.
