ABSTRACT
The two months of worldwide confinement have had a cataclysmic effect on the world of tourism. Some societal trends were strengthened during this period, others emerged, and some could disappear even when we thought they were dominant. The revolution in tourism expectations and offers will require a complete reinvention of economic models and relationships with territories. Perhaps this is a real chance for tourism to finally become one of the essential levers of the economy.
