Using a university as an example, students located in more rural areas may have issues with internet access or cannot afford to have an adequate computer system at home for participating in required class work (Camera 2020). [...]of the approach taken, managers can acquire accurate information to make decisions on how to control costs and provide savings for the business or company and they can seek input from employees. Motivation Pre-COVID-19 research suggests remote working can increase an employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and help improve employee performance at their job tasks.
