The creative container: Supervision and schools in a time of trauma

ABSTRACT

This article explores creative supervision with Headteachers and Senior Leaders following the Covid-19 pandemic. It examines the effects of a global trauma on schools and the need for effective supervision to provide a safe container for school staff.
