ABSTRACT
This article aims at analyzing the pedagogical potential of the Digital Educational Resource (RED) Quizizz as far as the promotion of teaching· learning-use of English as a second language (L2) is concerned, due to the need to reconfigure pedagogical practices, adapting them to the pedagogical potentials of digital technologies, which make it possible to carry out educational activities in a context of social isolation caused by the Coronavirus pandemic. To achieve this goal, we designed an exploratory research, with descriptive characteristics, conducted by a high school and undergraduate courses teacher, in the light of Sabota and Pereira (2017), who propose three groups of criteria for an analysis of Digital Educational Resources technical aspects, theoretical aspects and practical aspects. The results indicate that the use of Quizizz may be relevant in teaching-learning-use of English at all levels of education.
