The article highlights the humanizing professional learning community (HPLC) for practicing educators in an urban school district during the COVID-19 pandemic. It discusses various elements including professional development, learning, practices of teaching as an Interpretive process, and the framework of Humanizing Professional Learning Communities (HPLCs).
