Introduction to advances in the toxicity of construction and building materials

ABSTRACT

This chapter starts by addressing the impact of COVID-19 on the time spent by the general population indoors and how this reality exacerbates problems associated with pollutant concentration in indoor air. An introduction on a few indoor pollutants and also on toxic materials used in the built environment is given.
