The 16th International Workshop on Osteoarthritis Imaging: “New Insights on Treatment and Imaging: A Couple that Belongs Together”

ABSTRACT

The 16th International Workshop on Osteoarthritis Imaging (IWOAI) was held from July 6 to July 8, 2022, in Tokyo. Because of the severe restrictions on travel to Japan due to COVID-19 the workshop was conducted as a hybrid meeting with in-person and online participation, much like last year. There were 51 participants attending in person and 49 online. The theme of the meeting was “New Insights on Treatment and Imaging A Couple that Belongs Together.” Presentations were given by 49 attendees coming from 12 countries. The three-day program included 10 sessions with invited lectures and oral presentations selected from the submitted s. A further 15 short presentations were given for poster presentations. This report summarizes all 24 invited lectures and all 26 oral presentations.
