Reflections on the use of persuasion tools in emergency management and vaccination policy

ABSTRACT

Behavioral sciences offer important tools to manage the violent Covid 19 pandemic and also represent an interesting point of view for jurists to understand whether the measures adopted by the Government can be framed in the so-called “nudge”.
