ABSTRACT
The changes generated by the COVID-19 pandemic in the way of working in organizations has accelerated the incorporation of new technologies that have allowed the development of remote work. The objective of this work was to identify the changes in the components of job satisfaction after one year of implementing remote work. For this, a random survey was conducted of 560 office workers with one year of uninterrupted work experience after the pandemic in the city of Huancayo, Chupaca or Concepción, in the central region of Peru. The results are associated with the climate of psychological safety, workplace bullying, affective commitment and the high-performance work system. Nonparametric correlations, pairwise comparisons between pre-and post-pandemic states, and an analysis in the recent situation were performed. The general improvement of the dimensions of job satisfaction is concluded, the exceptions being the implementation of high-performance work systems and a reduction in commitment to remote work. © 2022, Universidad del Zulia.
