ABSTRACT
This chapter first provides an overview of the overall structure of the Chinese program and the development of its teaching practices at Massey University before 2015. The study then goes on to report how a new interactive and engaging online learning environment is structured and how the teaching practices are carried out based on such a system between 2016 and 2021. Students' feedback regarding the effectiveness of the course design, learning activities, and how these help to facilitate their learning and the achievement of their desired learning outcomes is also reported.
